Our motion system represents the simple, fluid movements SeatGeek makes possible through live event ticketing. By building out a broadcast package and key motion states within the product, we’re establishing one set of motion principles with the goal of creating a completely ownable motion system.
Logos
The movement of our logo sets the tone of our motion principles: powerful yet subtle. We wanted to capture the excitement that crowds feel at live events by representing the energy that only a packed arena or stadium can deliver. A heartbeat, a pulse, a wave, a crescendo. Get your seat out of the seat and make some noise.

Lockups
Our brand and our partners deserve the spotlight. We are able to translate our logo motion pattern to incorporate important sponsorship information like the partner logo and designation that creates a cohesive treatment across multiple use cases.
Type
Punch your ticket to your favorite live event. A bespoke treatment for a bespoke font. We give life to our custom brand font “Headliner”. Our flexible treatment plays off the dimensionality of the drop shadow and scales for both horizontal and vertical compositions.

Transitions
One other detail that was crafted was how we can transition from content block to content block. We’ve built in ways that we can seamlessly transition from logos to taglines, and anything in between. We can control the pacing, create tension and drama when introducing a new visual with motion, without relying on partners to interpret it for us.
